This year we are proud and excited to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center. We are grateful to have been a part of the Charlotte regional community for so long. It truly is hard to comprehend how our practice has transformed in these past 70 years. Over that time, we’ve constantly added to our numbers — physicians, staff, locations and, of course, patients. And we’ve also seen tremendous progress in the advancement of treatment, medicine and technology. We continue to grow in our area of specialty care each year, which allows us to better care for our patients and their families.
Our practice began with the first specially trained allergist in Charlotte, in 1952, in a small office with a few staff. The Charlotte Allergy Clinic grew from there, ultimately becoming Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center. Today, Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center is Charlotte’s largest asthma and allergy practice comprised entirely of Board-Certified physicians. Our physicians deliver patient-focused care to all ages. We are committed to educating the patient as well as the caregiver, improving quality of life, and maintaining our own high standard of expertise and care.

oral immunotherapy, food intolerance,
anaphylaxis, angioedema, eczema, eosinophilic esophagitis, urticaria, allergic dermatitis, asthma and so much more.
With 15 locations, 16 Physicians, 4 Physician Assistants, 6 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Registered Dietitian, and nearly 200 employees, we’ve enjoyed tremendous growth, but never at the expense of valuing each patient and ensuring we have individualized care plans to meet your needs.
