RagweedCedarJulia Walpole Parkhurst graduated with a BS in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University. She then went to attend Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX where she earned a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Following graduation, she moved back to NC and has practiced in the Charlotte area since that time. She has a background in family medicine as well as infectious disease and wellness.
She joined Allergy and Asthma Center of Lake Norman in 2015 and then became a part of Carolina Asthma and Allergy Center in 2017. She enjoys patient education and helping her patients take an active role in understanding their healthcare.
She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. She lives in the Denver, NC area with her husband and two children.
