DockPigweedCockleburPineOakMapleLesleigh grew up in rural Connecticut. She earned her graduate degree with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech. While at Virginia Tech, Lesleigh obtained her EMT license and was a EMT for 2 years with Christiansburg Rescue Squad. She went on to become a medical assistant back home at Connecticut Children’s Hospital in the ER prior to attending PA school.
After attending PA school in Staunton, VA, Lesleigh moved down to Charlotte with her husband and started working with a local urology group. After about 3 years with that group, Lesleigh decided to join Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center in 2024. Lesleigh enjoys creating a trusting rapport with her patients and making lasting relationships. She is eager to meet and work with new patients.
In her free time, Lesleigh enjoys being outdoors with her family. She specifically enjoys playing soccer and tennis, or any new team sport. She is an avid reader, and loves a good fictional story recommendation. Lesleigh can’t wait to help you along your Asthma and Allergy journey, come meet her today!
