Biography

Lindsey Powell, PA-C, sees patients for a variety of allergy, asthma, and immunology conditions at Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center. She is passionate about developing a strong patient-provider relationship, delivering exceptional health care, and providing comprehensive patient education.

Lindsey is a native Charlottean and went to Myers Park High School. She earned her undergraduate degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and minors in Biology and Neuroscience. After spending time as a CNA with pediatric Cerebral Palsy patients, and as an Emergency Department Technician at Atrium Health, Lindsey began to work for Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center as a Medical Assistant to gain experience in outpatient medicine prior to applying to Physician Assistant school.

Lindsey attended Emory & Henry College – School of Health Sciences in Marion, VA where she received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. She has recently rejoined the Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center family and is excited to start her career as a provider, prioritizing patient-centered care.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys cheering on the Carolina Panthers and UNC Tarheels, reading thriller novels, listening to true crime podcasts, exploring Plaza Midwood (her new neighborhood), and spending time with family and friends. She is thrilled and honored to return to CAAC and can’t wait to meet you!
